1979 Cessna 185F Skywagon

Airframe “O” since rebuild

This aircraft has been under restoration for many years and I am finally bringing it over the finish line. Annual is just about complete and ready for flight testing. I plan on completing as VFR with some upgrades like Stratos ADSB and G5 Garmin. All the old crap wiring has been removed, new owner can fly as is or upgrade entire panel.

First logbook is dated 1993 showing the aircraft imported from Hondurs  HR-AGL Serial 185-03701, the logs where translated to English and are complete from that point. (Tach 2307 hrs) New logbook was created Feb. 2000 during pretty extensive inspection (Tach 3179.9). First engine logbook was also started 1996 at overhaul, (tt was 1657.3/tach 2915.0) It appears in 2009 aircraft was involved in accident, engine was torn down for prop-stike inspection and RTS with 280.1 SMOH. In 2010 old Tach replaced @ 3195.0 with one @2744.9, today reads 3213.1

Engine –

P. Ponk Continental IO-520-D tt 280.1 SMOH, Zero since thorough Prop-Stike inspection.

STC SA00344WI approves installation of a stock Cont. IO-520-D engine in the Cessna A185E and A185F models, with installation of a McCauley D3A34C401/90DFA propeller, 80” to 88” length.
