Airframe “30hr” since restoration!
This aircraft has been under restoration for many years and is now available. Wings completely rebuilt by reputable certified rebuilder, the fuselage is from another 185 with no damage history, several other items simply replaced to build up this beautiful Skywagon.
The first logbook is dated 1993 showing the aircraft imported from Honduras HR-AGL Serial 185-03701, the logs were translated to English and are complete from that point. (Tach 2307 hrs) The new logbook finished in February 2000, during an extensive inspection (Tach 3179.9) The airframe was replaced with straight fuselage, wings and tail feathers.
Engine – IO-520-D-29D
The engine was last overhauled in 1996 but in 2009 engine was torn down for prop strike inspection, new VAR crank installed engine returned to service with only 280.1 SMOH. Now the engine has about 315 hours.

26″x 10.5″ x 6″ Tundra Tires, Float Kit, Observer doors, pilot and co-pilot shoulder harness 3-4th jump seats, 5-6th bench, Monarch Fuel caps, XPMI Series Tail Wheel Assy, Bracket Air Filter, AK350 Blind Encoder, Model AK-450 ELT, Selkirk Interior, LH & RH Wings rebuilt IAW Cessna Service Manual 100 Series Sec 19. (Service Kit incorporated SK 180-30F), Complete LP Aero window kit, P. Ponk Main Landing Gear PSK1101-1, All Seat Rails Replaced. We have a large number of receipts from the rebuild.
The entire exterior was stripped and painted; it is in excellent condition. Factory float provisions are included and aircraft is totally free from any corrosion
The interior was totally replaced with new carpets, wool headliner, and Selkirk panels. All old instruments and wiring removed and cleaned up the panel. The seats are all in excellent condition, although I fly it with only the front seats in I have matching 2nd-row removable seats and a third-row bench seat if needed. This aircraft does have extended baggage.
Basic VFR, New Garmin G5 EFIS, Stratos ADSB Transponder, SL30 with Garmin Nav Head with 4 place intercom and King KN24 audio panel. 6 cylinder CHT monitor and stock engine instruments.
